Aimee has returned to Operations Management after her nursing career took her from hospital to general practice for 5 and half years. Her passion to be involved in the management of the practice, staff and client relationships grew and encouraged her back into the roles driving her ambition to move back into business management. Prior to nursing Aimee had 5 years experience in the Secretarial and Operations Management of a not for profit organisation in both Canberra and Sydney providing a solid background in administration, accounts, human relations and governance.

Aimee brings her inclusive and assertive culture to our firm “my passion is people and culture, there is nothing more rewarding then watching a business grow by supporting the staff to build it up to their personal and collective goals’.
